Allāh ﷻ gave Muslims two ‘Īds to celebrate. Even those who don’t fast or pray still obey Allāh ﷻ by observing ‘Īd. This gives a reason for Allāh ﷻ to forgive them and show them mercy. Their hearts are not completely empty of faith.
